What They're Saying...

"Darya has always been on the furthest edges of personal and leadership development. She sees where the story of Third Principle leadership takes us. Her observation that the self—who we are as human beings—is the tool we have with which to lead was quite powerful to me twenty years ago. Once again, I find her insights about leadership, love and paradox to be well ahead of most of us."

Lisa Marshall, Speak the Truth and Point to Hope—The Leader’s Journey to Maturity

Biography

Dr. Darya Funches is Founder and CEO of The REAP Gallery Unlimited Corporation and is the developer of the REAP Unlimited System™. She has over 30 years of experience in corporate and personal transformation, executive development and professional development of change agents and visionary leaders. In her roles as consultant, educator and developer of professionals in the field, she has led thousands of consulting engagements, seminars and other learning experiences.

She was a forerunner in helping leaders and change agents understand and improve effective use of self as a transformer. Dr. Darya was ahead of her time in contending that “You cannot lead others to a place you have not been yourself—at least in consciousness.” Leaders who want to transform countries, corporations, communities and industries must also transform themselves as part of creating what’s new. Now she contends that “the science of use of self is the new technology on which the economies of the future will be based.”

Dr. Darya began consulting in 1973 after working on a study about merging the city and county in Durham North Carolina from 1971 to 1973. Since 1985, she has developed concepts, models and techniques for creating new realities. These concepts and techniques can be applied to making corporate visions and strategies into positive results, transforming culture, and making individual dreams into reality. Her work integrates business strategy and results, science, universal principles, systems and organization theory, leadership and psychology. She has dedicated herself to developing approaches that can be used for companies, alliances of organizations, educational and service institutions, and for individuals learning together in large groups.
