Poetic Prescriptions™
PRx - One of the ways Dr. Darya uses poetry, songs, parables and stories is to offer these to clients as a way of looking at a personal or professional situation. Along with the poetry or story, she may also recommend an additional activity to increase personal awareness or learning or use the situation as an educational moment for all readers.*
Darya says, “We often want advice about actions we should take in a given situation, when the first action to take is to gain a deeper understanding of the situation before we take a new course of action.”
