Leaders in today’s business environments have the challenge to process and respond to data more rapidly than ever before, including information about their behavior and impact as leaders. Corporate leader intensives are designed to help them with one or more of the following:

In times of transition, an Intensive is an opportunity to go deeply into one or more areas of your life and work. Clarify the roots of current reality, break through the chain of past limitations, and clarify vision of the future you agree to live, based on your original purpose and sacred contracts.

Personal Intensives focus on personal matters such as purpose, spiritual development, relationships, life path and direction, healing the past and changing patterns. These intensives are for people from all walks of life, including change agents, helping professionals, artists, and others.

Individual Leader Intensives include the previous personal matters as these affect professional performance and attaining organizational goals.

Corporate Leader and Team Intensives help to address challenges and opportunities for leadership, productivity, transitions, corporate culture and strategy as these relate to new directions. Corporate Leader and Team Intensives help leaders take the leap into new directions so that they may lead others in times of change.

During an Intensive, the days are long and are full of revitalizing, reflective and renewing experiences. At the same time, you have the opportunity to rest deeply and support your overall health—mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically.

Intensives are customized for the specific client, using the wealth of experience, concepts and tools developed by REAP Unlimited in over 30 years of practice.

Letter of Agreement

We send a LOA and invoice for advance payment when the dates are set.

Pre-Work Consultation

In a telephone conversation, we help you set the desired outcome[s] for the Intensive. The assigned pre-work is based on these outcomes.

Intensive

Intensives are held in person in Mossyrock Landing, by telephone or in another location, upon agreement between REAP and the client. Fees include lodging at Mossyrock Landing. Meals are additional. If we travel to you, costs increase to cover travel time and expenses. Doing your Intensive at Mossyrock Landing has the benefit of using this special land as a resource in accomplishing goals. If we are “On Tour” in your area, additional costs are minimized. Telephone Intensives are divided into segments of consultations and exercises.

Follow-up Consultation

Make an appointment for a telephone consultation to take place within 4 to 8 weeks after the Intensive. After this time, the work is a new consultation. Follow up consultations assist clients in applying learning from the Intensive in their environments.

Schedules for Mossyrock Landing Intensives

One Day Intensive—Arrive at 6 pm on Day One. Depart no later than 6 pm on Day Two.

Two Day Intensive—Arrive at 6 pm on Day One. Depart no later than 6 pm on Day Three.

Three Day Intensive—Arrive at 6 pm on Day One. Depart no later than 6 pm on Day Four.

Four Day Intensive—Arrive at 6 pm on Day One. Depart no later than 6 pm on Day Five.
