Dr. Darya Funches Founder and CEO

Darya is Founder and Principal for REAP Unlimited and developer of The REAP Unlimited System for Transformation™.   Throughout her consulting career, she has been known for creative and cutting edge approaches to help organizations and their leaders achieve breakthrough business results. An expert in the science, art and practice of transformation, she uses the powers of culture, vision, innovative design, inclusion, and conscious use of self to help leaders accelerate results.  For over 30 years, she has done pioneering work in helping leaders, change agents, teams and whole systems work faster and smarter for greater results.

She has taught, coached and mentored many leaders/executives, professional consultants and change agents in transformation, earning her a reputation as a consultant’s consultant and as a visionary leader in the eyes of her clients and students.

In addition to her work with REAP Unlimited, Darya currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Organization Development Network, a global network of Organizational Development practitioners, academicians, and leaders dedicated to advance the theory and practice of Organization Development.  The Network designated her as one of 12 Sages of OD in 1985.

As a thought leader and transformational speaker, she has given numerous keynote addresses in the USA and abroad, and helps to move audiences beyond being inspired and into action.

She served as faculty for the American University/NTL Masters of Science in Human Resources Program [AU/NTL], where she was Most Outstanding Adjunct Faculty; Gestalt Center Organization and Systems Development;  University of Southern California-Washington Public Affairs Center in Washington DC;  and as Chair of the Board of Directors for National Training Laboratories Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.

Darya holds a Doctorate of Education focused on Organizational Change and Transformation from University of Massachusetts; a Masters of Public Administration Degree focused on Administrative Behavior from University of North Carolina; a Bachelors of Mathematics from Lake Forest College, and is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
